At Channel Master, we stand behind our hardware and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your equipment, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our support center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
